METHOD FOR CHANGING OIL IN DAMPER CASE AND CLEANING DAMPER

WARNING
• Immediately after the machine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-
jury. Accordingly, wait until they have cooled down before starting the work.
• The undercover is heavy. Never try to open or close the cover when you are directly under it. When
removing bolts(5), perform the work from the rear of the cover so that you can easily get out of the
way.
• Refill capacity: 1.5 ℓ

Open engine side cover (1) on the left side of the machine.

Open inspection cover (2).
Dipstick (G) is seen.
3.
Remove inspection cover (3) of the undercover at the rear of the machine bottom according to the following
procedure.
1) Remove bolts (4) (2 pieces) on the front side of the ma-
chine.
2) While holding down the cover, gradually remove bolts
(5) (2 pieces) on the rear side of the machine.
Rain water, etc. may flow out. Take care.
3) Lower and open cover (3) gradually.
The front end of the cover is hinged.
