• 2 Evaporation Covers

• Wash Reservoir

• All Crossovers

• Wash Rack

4. Rinse the Crossovers, Water Reservoir, and the Wash Rack with warm water, no 

hotter than 44

C (110

F). Wipe the Rollers and the Guide Shoes with a damp, 

soft, synthetic sponge.

5. Allow the Entrance Crossover to air dry before you install it.

6. Wipe any chemical deposits from the processing section.

7. Check:

• all Rollers on the Crossovers and Wash Rotate rotate freely

• the squareness of the Crossovers and the Wash Rack

• the Crossover Troughs are not broken or cracked

8. Install the following parts. Check that each assembly is firmly seated.

• Wash Rack

• All Crossovers

• Wash Reservoir

• Evaporation Covers

• Wet Section Cover
