Rear panel I/O

AZURA® Detector ECD 2.1 Instructions, V6685

11.6  Chassis grounding stud

On the rear panel a chassis grounding stud is available at the lower 

right-side, next to the ventilation holes of the power supply compartment. 

This grounding stud which is connected to the central grounding point of 

the instrument can be used for shielding purposes. For example, to shield 

the flow cell outlet from external electrical interferences (troubleshooting 

noise issues), or to shield the flow cell from other equipment which might 

be coupled in series with the electrochemical detector such as an MS.
