6. WIRING
The control system elements have to be connected in
accordance with the application diagram and guide-
lines listed below:
• LIYY, LIYCY type control cables (do not use twisted-pair
cables as control ones), YLY type power supply cables
and PROFIBUS DP BUS O2YS(St)CY 1×2×0,64/2,6 mm
type communication cables should be connected in
ac-cordance with the wiring diagram appropriate for
the selected application.
• Conductor cross-sections have been selected to be
feed in a metal cable tray at a distance up to 10 meters.
• For communication with programming device, in-
verter, BMS, use PROFIBUS DP type BUS O2YS(St)CY
1x2x0,64/2,6 mm cables.
• Feeding communication cables together with control and
power supply cables is not permitted.
• Inverters should be installed max 15 meters far from the
control box.
• The HMI programming device should be installed max
100 meters far from the control box.
• Do not use one cable for connecting several devices or func-
tions. As a rule use one cable for each device or function.
• Do not use twisted-pair cables as control cables for ON/
OFF signals at 24V, 230V, 0-10VDC.
