MCVST42 / MCVP42 Burner Removal
If Glass Tray or Log Grates are installed , see MST42GT/ MP42GT or MST42LG / MP42LG Installation & Removal sections.
To remove burner,
Lift Pilot Shield off of
Pilot.
Remove four [4]
screws from burner.
Slide burner away
from pilot and lift to
remove.

Removal sections. Then refer to Burner Removal instructions above to remove burner.
Remove fourteen [14] screws around edge of Burner Pan. Carefully work the burner pan loose & lift the assembly
upward to remove it from the firebox cavity.
Installation is the reverse of these steps. Ensure that the mounting surface is clean. Use fresh Black Mill Pac to reseal
the burner pan
.
