Install and Uninstall a Package

Use the following syntax listed in the table below to install or uninstall a
certain package.
Run Pre-Configured Test Plan
You will find the plugins in the default directory
C:\Program Files\Keysight\TAP8\IoTDeviceTest\TapFiles\CLI
Ensure that you have either of following licenses installed in your Keysight License
Manager:
– KS83301A or KS83301B for
Bluetooth
®
Low Energy (LE) 4.2 signaling
measurement suite
– KS83302A or KS83302B for WLAN b, g or n signaling measurement suite

Start Command Prompt and change the directory to
C:\Program Files\Keysight\Tap8
folder to use TAP CLI.

Syntax
Install a package
Keysight.Tap.PackageManager.exe install -c -v -r "<repository>"
[--version <version>] "<package name>"
Uninstall a package
Keysight.Tap.PackageManager.exe uninstall -c -v "<package
name>"
NOTE
For this install and uninstall command action, there are two important things to
pay attention to:
– The <package name> is case sensitive.
– To run the Keysight.Tap.PackageManager.exe install command, add “-r” to
list packages that are not placed in the default TAP installation path.
