b If the M8195A have not already been initialized, follow the steps below.
i Select M8195A from the Instrument Model drop-down list.
ii Select 1ch, deep mem,64GSa/s in the Mode drop-down list.
iii Connection type = visa
iv Enter TCPIP0::local::hislip0:INSTR for the VISA Address .
v Press the Test connection button. If the M8195A SFP in already running
properly, the button should turn green .
c We will set the 10 MHz path via the M8195A SFP next but first, make sure
the Trigger Mode and Clock Source drop down list are set to Leave
Unchanged to ensure that IQTools does not revert the settings every time a
signal is generated and downloaded. Do not enable the Amplitude Set
check box. The state of the Instrument Configuration dialog box should be
as shown below. Press Ok and close the dialog box to continue.
