CONTROL LAMPS
Turning on the device is indicated with thermostat control lamp – red. Go out this lamp is the indication
that the oven has reached selected temperature. If the recipes the Cookbook recommended to place the
meal into pre-heated oven, it should be conducted after first go out of the control lamp. During cooking
process, the control lamp will be turning on and off periodically (keeping the temperature inside the
oven’s chamber). Also illuminated knob indicates of the oven operation.
USING GRILL
Grilling is conducted by emitting infrared waves by grill heater. To turn the grill on:
• Set the function knob to or or .
• Heat the oven for 5 minutes (with door closed).
• Insert a tray with food to be grilled in desired slot. If you use wire rack, insert tray directly
beneath it to catch dripping fat.
• Close the oven door.
• For grill and supergrill function the temperature should be selected at max 220 º C, and for grilling
with fan-assisted oven function the temperature should be selected at max 190 º C.
ATTENTION:
During oven operation the accessible parts (example: oven’s door) become hot. The oven operation
should be under constant supervision. Do not let children to play close to the device, because of the
risk of burning.
Ring heater and fan
Selecting this function will turn the ring heater and fan. This forces the air inside to move
with the fan in the middle. This allows lower temperatures to be selected and still be
effective. It also ensures even cooking of the food.
Top and bottom heater, fan
This function is perfect for cooking cakes. Fan ensures even heat distribution inside.
Ring and bottom heater, fan
This setting will turn on ring and bottom heater with fan assistance. This will heat bottom
of the food more. It is recommended for pizza and damp dough.
Interior illumination
This position is used for illumination of the interior - without any heating.
Fan-assisted oven
Using this function launches optimized heating method to save energy during preparation
food. With this knob position the oven lighting is switched off.
