It is recommended to prepare in the oven meat portion heavier than 1 kg, smaller portions are
suitable to prepare on the kitchen hob.

It is recommended to use heat-resistant dishes, as well it’s handles must be also heat resistant.

During using the grill rack, it is recommended to place on the lower level the baking tray. The
grease from the meal will not drops directly on the oven bottom surface, but on the tray.
•
To make the roast juicier, add a small amount of water to the inserted baking tray. In this case,
the food will not dry out.
During baking, at least once (in the middle of cooking) turn over the meat on the other side, periodically
water the meat with the resulting sauce or hot salty water.
