TELESCOPIC GUIDES*
Front guides are equipped with bumpers. Before each placing of the metal sheets on the guides, slide
them out, place the metal sheet on them and make sure that the bumpers are fully visible, and the metal
sheet is secured against falling out. If the oven has been preheated before, the guides are also hot to
slide them out, hook the rear edge of the plate against the bumpers and pull them out completely, and
then slide them inside the chamber.
CATALYTIC INSERTS*
Located on the side walls of the cooking compartment. Cartridges are covered with a special
self-cleaning enamel. This enamel means that dirt from fat or food remnants can be removed
automatically provided they are not dried or burnt (food and fat residues should be separated as soon
as possible when they are not dried and toasted, then long self-cleaning will be avoided. See Cleaning
and Maintenance.
GRILL RACK LOCKING FUNCTION
The grill rack (drying ladder) has special lugs on the and right edges. Correct slipped in drying ladder
should have the lugs directed to bottom. The lugs prevent accidental slipping out the drying ladder form
the guides. To remove totally the ladder from the guides, lift up it slightly and pull.
