Installation and usage
Prior to commencing installation or use, read
the instructions carefully and follow all direc-
tions!
Always pass these instructions on to the or-
ganisation currently operating the system,
and retain for later reference!

Assembly by experienced, qualified
electricians only.

Priority must be given to the na-
tional standards and provisions governing
accident prevention.
Note!
Only use the KHS BACnet gateway
- if it is in flawless condition
- as intended
Liability
No warranty or liability is accepted for:
- Non-compliance with the instructions
- Incorrect installation and/or use
- Unauthorised modification of the product
- Other incorrect operation.

When connecting the gateway, only use a
voltage supply that is approved as per the
technical specifications contained in these
instructions.

Electrical installation
must be performed by a qualified
electrician!

Warranty is excluded if the
gateway is connected to an un-
suitable power supply or the hous-
ing is opened.
There are no operating elements
inside the housing.
Note!
Do not connect to a net-
work until the gateway has been
completely configured (see Sec-
tion 3.4).
Avoid parallel wiring to power
cables (e.g. to engines, frequency
converters, etc.).
