8.3.13.2 Cleaning the folding flaps



Carry out the preparations (see section "8.3.1 Preparations").

Use the handles (see arrows) to remove the
folding mats (1) from the holder.

Use a clean cloth to remove residual dough
and flour from the folding flaps (1).



Reinsert the folding mats in the holder.
