In the sub-menu 'Roll-out station menu’, you can change the operating mode of the roll-
out station:
O
PERATION
Selection of 'Auto' or ’Manual'. If 'Auto' is selected, the roll-out station
starts when the first pieces of dough arrive. If 'manual' is selected, the roll-
out station runs continuously.
In the sub-menu 'Roll-out station menu’, touch the drop-down menu in the optional menu
item 'Top belt option’ (long-moulding belt) to select between four settings:

FF
The top belt drive is switched off
S
YNCHRONOUS
The top belt and the bottom belt run in the same direction, but the speed
is different and adjustable.
O
PPOSITE
The top belt and the bottom belt run in opposite directions, the speed is
adjustable.
P
ARALLEL
The direction and speed of the top and bottom belt are the same.
