TROUBLE SHOOTING
Quick REFERANCE Error Codes, These are the most common error codes that you may see with the UPS
installed. For a more comprehensive list please refer to SECTION 14.

Check load for short circuit.

If the UPS is set at not retry
the UPS will lock
directly and

The UPS will shut down.
Check and verify AC connections.
Red to Load, BLACK to Line.
Check load for short circuit. Clear
the short and restart UPS.
