INSTRUCTION MANUAL
perature of 20±5°C and a relative humidity of 35-70%.
Pay attention to the battery which has an USB charging port or a designed power switch.
When it is not used for 20-30 days, it needs to be completely charged and switched off in
time.
Q: Why do I need to recharge my batteries at least every 30 days (Li-ion) when I'm not us-
ing them?
A: Batteries lose their charge over time and if they are not used. To keep the batteries in opti-
mal conditions and extend their life we recommend a full charge at least every 30 days. If the
battery is not charged for a long time, it could also be irreparably damaged.
Q: What happens if I leave the display on for a long time?
A: If you have left the display on or the electric bicycle has not been charged for a long period
of time, the batteries can reach a stage where they will no longer be able to hold the charge.
Q: If I leave batteries charging for longer than the indicated time, will I get more perfor-
mance from my bike?
A: No, once the batteries are fully charged (as indicated by the light on the green charger)
disconnect the power supply. Leaving the batteries charged longer than necessary will not im
-
prove performance. Power supplies are designed to prevent batteries from being overloaded.
In any case it is strongly recommended to disconnect the power supply after the unit is fully
charged to avoid damage and accidents. For the same reason use only the charger supplied.
Q: Is it normal for batteries to warm up when charging?
A: Yes, it is normal for the batteries to warm up during the charging process. This is given by
the increase in internal resistance and by the lower energy conversion efficiency from electri
-
cal energy to chemical energy.
Q: How long will the batteries last before they need replacing?
A: The average life of a battery depends on the conditions and use. They cannot in any case
last forever.
2.1.1. Installation of Henadlight and front fender
Close the whole power supply, avoid the positive and negative pole of the lamp wire from
short-circuit, install the head light, and do not pull the head light, in order to avoid the lamp
wire from shedding, causing unnecessary trouble.
1 Take out the Headlight and the front fender
2 Align the hanger of the front fender with the hole of the Headlight rack, fix the hexagonal
M6 × 16 bolt inside the screw hole of the
Front fork with 10mm opening wrench, and tighten the bolt.
