If setting the parameter requires selecting one of the offered options, the
desired one is selected using the option button .
Besides the parameters, the following buttons are located in the windows:
Save
– Save the newly made settings.
Edit
– Open the current window in the parameter edit mode.

General operation settings of
Kaspersky Anti-Virus

for Lotus
Notes/Domino. Settings/Common
The
Settings/Common
window (see Figure 11) contains general operational
parameters of Kaspersky Anti-Virus
®
for Lotus Notes/Domino, grouped in the
following sections:
•
Folders
– Full path to the temporary files directory used by Kaspersky
Anti-Virus
®
for Lotus Notes/Domino during scanning.
•
Administration
– List of user addresses for sending notifications.
•
Bases
– Name of the server’s built-in (check-up) database.
In order to open this window you can use the
Common
hyperlink in the
Settings
section of the left frame of the configuration database (see Figure 9).
Set up the general operational parameters of Kaspersky Anti-Virus
®
Lotus Notes/Domino:
1. In
the
Temporary
input field of the
Folders
section specify full path
to the temporary files directory. Please note that the temporary
directory name must be followed by the "\" character.
2. In
the
List
parameter input field of the
Administration
section
enter the list of users to be notified of detection of infected,
suspicious, corrupted, and disinfected objects, and of objects that
fail to be scanned. Notifications will be sent if the appropriate
settings have been made. If the program was opened using Lotus
Notes Client, this list can be created in the
Names
window. To
open this window use the button located on the right of the
parameter input field.
3. In
the
Built-in
field of the
Bases
section enter the full name of the
check-up database.
