Schedule the database scanning procedure. To do so, specify the
values of the following parameters:
1.
Scan every
– Time interval (the number of days from 1 to 365)
between each scan of the server database. The date of the next
scan shown in the
Information
section will be automatically
adjusted after this parameter is set.
2.
Scan start
– Precise time that the server database scan will start.
3.
Objects to scan
– List of masks describing the databases that will
be scanned. The masks in the list must be separated by the "
;
"
character.
This parameter describes the databases located in
the directory
disk:\Lotus\Domino\Data\
, i.e. if the
user specifies the *.* mask, it means that all the
directories in
disk:\Lotus\Domino\Data\
are
selected.
4.
Include subfolders
– Database subdirectory scanning mode. To
enable this mode, select
Yes
against this parameter.
5.
Don't scan bases
– List of the database masks to be excluded
from the scan. The masks in the list must be separated by the "
;
"
character.

In the
Information
section (see Figure 16) the user can view information
regarding the dates of the previous and the next scan of the Domino server’s
databases.
