An error occurs if the value specified in a
production program is different from the
value measured with laser.

the “Inspection” tab invoked from the “Component data” screen)

Check and corrective action
Check to see if components are set correctly.
Immediately after
components are replenished
Teach the component pick-up position again to check to see if it is correct.
Review the height of a component specified on the “Component” data screen.
During normal PWB
production
Clean the nozzles.
