The "Pick position tracking" screen is displayed.

After completing pick tracking in the case of check operations on the operating
screen (touch panel) or by using the HOD, the next screen appears.

Z (pick height) is automatically measured and the next "Question" screen is displayed.
The X, Y and Z coordinates appear here.
Select the desired item and use the HOD
to perform a teaching operation.
When you press the <NEXT> key, the
camera moves to the next
component.

to track a component pick-up position with a camera.

If the component pick-up position (X, Y
and Z) is shifted

If the component pick-up position is correct
When you select the <No> button, the
measurement result is used for the
current PWB production only.
(Data of the production program is not
overwritten.)
3. Press the <ENTER>
key. The
coordinates are
validated, and the
camera moves to
the next component.
1. Press the
<CAMERA> key.
(For the Z
coordinate, press
the <HMS> key.)
2. Adjust the X and
Y coordinates.
When you select the <Yes> button, data
of the production program is overwritten.
