Step 5 Set production boards.
If the PWB dimensions are changed, adjust the transport width.
<Procedure 1> Adjust the width of the board transport rail to a board.

From the rear side of the machine, loosen the nuts provided under the knobs on both
sides of transport.

Turn the knobs on both sides and adjust the conveyor rail width to the PWB to be used.
(Refer to [Step 3].)

After completing the adjustment, tighten the nuts of the knobs on both sides.
Adjust the rail width so that the
distance between the board and
the rail can be 0.5 mm to 1 mm.
Check to see if a board can be
transported smoothly over the
transport rail.
