1-2. Adjusting the machine head angle (direct-drive motor type sewing machine only)
wARNING :
If the white marker dot on the pulley is far out of alignment with the recess on the pulley cover, it is
necessary to adjust the angle of the machine head taking the steps of procedure described below.

ON. Then the screen s changed over to the
machne head angle adjustng screen.

2) Turn the machne head pulley by hand untl the
man shaft reference sgnal s detected. Then,
the angle transmtted by the man shaft refer-
ence sgnal s dsplayed n reverse vdeo. (The
value shown in the figure is a value for refer
-
ence.)
4) Once the angle s determned, press swtch

The angle dsplayed n reverse vdeo s now
dsplayed n normal vdeo and the angle s re-
placed by the adjusted one. Turn the power
swtch OFF to ext from the angle adjustment.
