CALIBRATING TILT SENSOR
A NEW TILT MODULE WILL ACT AS IF IT IS TILTED ALL OF THE TIME UNTIL THE-
FOLLOWING PROCEDURE IS PERFORMED.
DO NOT CALIBRATE THE LEVEL SENSOR EXCEPT ON A LEVEL SURFACE.
1.
Use the following procedure to calibrate the tilt sensor.

Before the tilt sensor can be calibrated, the following
conditions must be met:
a.
Steering previously calibrated.
b.
Wheels straight.
c.
Turntable centered.
d.
Boom fully retracted.
e.
Boom angle is less than 45°.
f.
Machine on firm, level ground.
3.
Position the Platform/Ground select switch to the Plat-
form position.
4.
Plug the analyzer into the connector inside the Ground
control box.
5.
Pull out the Emergency Stop switch and Start the
engine.

The analyzer screen should read:

Use the arrow button to reach ACCESS LEVEL. Hit Enter.
8.
Enter the Access Code, 33271.
9.
Use the right Arrow key to reach CALIBRATIONS. Hit
Enter.
10.
Use the arrow keys to reach TILT SENSOR. The screen will
read:
