Antennas Connection
Each antenna is connected to some JNSGyro-4T board. The boards are
connected to each other through the serial ports as shown in Figure 3-4.
The first board is referred to as
Master
. The other three boards (2nd, 3rd,
and 4th) are called
Slaves
.
Master
sends raw data to
Slaves
. They process the data and send results
back to
Master
. It processes the results and calculates the attitude. To
provide data exchange between the boards, they are interconnected as
shown in Figure 3-4.

The modem for receiving the differential corrections from the remote base
can be connected to any port of any
Slave
, for example, to the port A of
Slave2
as shown in the figure. To instruct
Slave2
to transmit the differential
corrections to
Master
, the following GRIL commands must be sent to
Slave2
:

set,dev/ser/a/ewrap,on
set,dev/ser/a/echo,/dev/ser/b
