6 Repairs / Maintenance
Responsible: qualified person (mechanic, electrician)
The instruction in Chapter 5.4 applies to the qualified person
During repairs and maintenance work on the welding bench, we draw your attention
to the complete technical documentation, and especially to:

Chapter 7
Safety instructions
Chapter 2
Circuit diagram
Annex
The welding bench must be switched off and secured before
maintenance/repairs.
The mains connection plug must be disconnected from the power
supply.
The welding bench must be marked with a warning sign on the
main system switch.
Check spindles weekly for contamination, and clean.
Spindles must be greased weekly over their entire length
with a brush. A corresponding lubrication plan is in the an-
nex.
The instructed person is responsible for maintenance of the
welding bench.
If questions arise during maintenance then the responsible per-
son must immediately contact JANSEN AG.
JANSEN AG accepts no liability for any damages that occur
due to lack of contact!
During all work concerning the operation, production or adjust-
ment of the appliance and its safety-related equipment, or that
concerns inspection, maintenance and repair, all switch-on and
switch-off procedures must be carried out compliant with the
operating instructions and the instructions on repair work must
be observed!
Secure the repair area as necessary!
