Electrical connection
Before connection of pasteurizer on electrical network, make sure that data on name label
matches with voltage of power supply. Also connect the kettle housing to the ground –
earthing connection.
Water connection
Stellen Sie vor jedem Start sicher, dass der Pasteurisator mit Wasser gefüllt ist! Sie können
Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn verwenden, wenn die mikrobiologischen und chemischen
Anforderungen erfüllt werden. Wasser muss langsam einfließen- nicht mehr als 3 Liter /
Minute.
Water filling into secondary coat
Use inlet hose to fill water into the double layer of device. The device needs to be properly
filled with secondary water before start. Lack of secondary water or use of inappropriate
water can damage the device. At startup program first checks for the presence of secon-
dary water and demands the filling if no or inappropriate pressure of secondary water is
detected.
