Operation modes
The CV-L108CL provides three basic modes of operation: No-shutter, Shutter-Select and Pulse Width
Control (PWC). The Shutter-Select and PWC modes also allow the user to set the exposure time
independently from the scan rate, by making use of the electronic shutter (the Exposure Control
Gate of the CCD sensor).
The following sections describe these modes. The detailed timing of the video output, shown in
figure 8, is common to all modes.
