roof, the more serious damage it may
cause. Strong sunshine will expedite
corrosion.
In a heavily polluted area, it's neces
-sary to wash and wax your car once a
week and once a month respectively.
After driving on a road scattered with
salt for ice melting, completely wash
your car bottom.
Automatic car-washing machine
In general, it may not cause damage to
your car body paint when washing
your car using an automatic carwash
-ing machine. Whether it will cause
damage to your car body paint to a
great degree depends on such factors
as
construction of car-washing
equipment, water filter, detergent and
maintenance agent. You had better
point out relevant information to the
car washing machine operator if the
body paint luster is weak or if there are
scratches on car body after the car
washing. If necessary, change to
another washing machine.
Notice:
一 Make sure that all windows and sun
roof are closed before automatic car
washing.
一 Fold rear view mirrors to avoid
getting damaged.
一 If your car is equipped with special
devices including spoiler, roof luggage
rack and radio antenna, inform such
information of your car washing
service provider in advance.
Manual car-washing tools
First, wet dirt with enough water and
flushawayasmuchdirtaspossible.
Then, slightly wipe your car body from
roof downward using a soft piece of
sponge or cloth or a special brush.
Never use a detergent unless dealing
with dirt hard to be removed.
Thoroughly clean your used sponge or
cloth as soon as possible.
Last, clean wheels and thresholds
using another soft piece of sponge.
After the car washing, you had better
thoroughly flush your car with clean
water. Then, wipe it dry using a clean
piece of deerskin.
Instruction:
一 Never wash your car under strong
sunshine.
一 Do not direct hoses straight to door
locks and door and cover board seams
during washing your car. Or, it may
produce ice under cold climates.
