A long press (10 seconds) on the Settings (fig.9, n°57) and Start/Stop (fig.9, n°60) buttons
simultaneously enables the Technical settings (fig.9, n°66) to be accessed. This menu is used
to access the following:
e. Change maximum slice thickness using triangle buttons B and D. The Start/Stop button
saves the change.
f. Reset blade maintenance countdown counter. A long press (5 seconds) on triangle
button B enables the base value on this countdown counter to be changed.
The Start/Stop button saves the change.
g. Change minimum slice thickness using triangle buttons B and D. The Start/Stop button
saves the change.
h. Changing software configuration settings (calculator settings) (fig.9, n°67). Buttons A
and C are used to select the number of the setting to be configured. Buttons B and D
are used to select the value to be assigned to this setting. The Start/Stop button saves
the change.
5. Choose cutting speed (fig.9, n°58).
6. Access Easymode (fig.9, n°59). Easymode is a screen configuration that enables you to save
4 quick start buttons (fig.9, n°61, 62, 63, 64) which combine speed and cut thickness.
To configure these buttons, a long press on your chosen triangle button will open the pre-
setting menu. The Start/Stop button saves the change.
7. Start and stop cutting using the Start/Stop button (fig.9, n°60).
6.2 Work area
The work area is at the front of the machine (fig.3, n°18).
6.3 Safety features
This machine is equipped with:
An encoded magnetic safety switch (
fig.6, n°19, 20)
Comprising a safety cut-out magnet and a magnetic sensor, which stops the machine when the front
door is opened (fig.1, n°10).

Comprising a safety cut-out magnet and a magnetic sensor, which prevent the machine from starting
when the cover is opened (fig.1, n°1).
A mechanical safety lock
(fig.6, n°21)
Which prevents the cover (fig.1, n°1) from being opened while the machine is in operation.
Warning: never start the slicer while any part of the exterior housing has been removed
allowing access to the blade or rotating drive.
