MAKING A 911 CALL
Operation
From an outside or inside line:

Go off-hook
)
Dial 911
You will be connected to your local Public Safety Answering Point
(PSAP).
RECEIVING AN INCOMING CALL
Operation
When the Attendant Console rings and the Float and Answer keys flash red
slowly:
Lift the receiver
)
Press the Answer key ANS
Or
)
Press the desired red flashing Float key
FLT
You will be connected to the outside caller and the Float key
FLT
will flash green
TRANSFERRING A CALL TO ANOTHER EXTENSION
Operation
To transfer a call to an extension:
)
Dial the desired extension number
)
Announce the call
)
Press the Connect key
CNCT
Or
)
Press the DSS key for the desired extension
)
Announce the call

Press the Connect key
