To cancel a message:
If you want to cancel a message you left at another extension:

Lift the receiver.

Wait for the dial tone.

Dial the Cancel code

Dial the Message code

Dial the extension number.

Wait for a confirmation tone.

Hang up.
To answer messages:
When the message lamp on your phone is flashing:

Lift the receiver.

Wait for the dial tone.

Dial the Message code and the ECS will automatically
call the extension that left the message.

Press the Message key on the telephone.
