PAGING
The Iwatsu Enterprise-CS provides three types of paging:

All Call
)
Group Call
)
Zone Page
ALL CALL
Allows you to make an announcement either through the speakers in the
Digital Telephones and/or an External Paging System.
Operation
)
Lift the receiver
)
Wait for the dial tone
)
Press the Page key
PAGE
and hold the key down and the lamp
will flash red
)
Wait for the Page tone
)
Make an announcement
)
Release the Page key PAGE
)
Hang up
GROUP CALL (INTERNAL)
Allows you to page through the speaker in a group of phones. There may be
125 groups with a maximum of 64 extensions per group.
Operation
To page through a group of phones:
)
Lift the receiver
)
Wait for the dial tone
)
Dial Group Call access code
Or
)
Press the Group Call key GROUP if assigned as a
Multipurpose key
)
Wait for the Page tone
)
Make an announcement
)
Hang up
