Pick-finding failed code x
Code Description
A – ERRORS DURING RELEASE
11
No coherence between motor encoder and main loom encoder – Switch off and
then back on again
12
Unaccepted motor status before starting a movement
13
Internal error 03
14
Movement timeout
15
Movement stop timeout
16
Operation aborted due to a power fail
17
Drive not enabled – Check enabling circuit
18
General emergency active (e.g. the mushroom button has been pressed) before
starting a movement
19
Photocells in emergency mode before starting a movement
20
General emergency active (e.g. the mushroom button has been pressed) during a
movement
21
Photocells in emergency mode during a movement
22
Internal error 12
23
Movement interrupted by coherence sensors (rapiers in shed when shed closed)
31
Coupling not engaged before releasing
32
Impossibility to establish staggering
33
Encoders possibly not adjusted or excessive play; alternatively, encoder play
compensation not done. This alarm can occur at the first reset or first re-
synchronising after the encoders have been adjusted or the software upgraded; if
the reset and re-synchronising are successful and the alarm does not appear again
at the next reset/re-synchronising, it can be ignored.
34
More than 4.28° covered without release: the coupling coil is not powered up (check
board BCS, single feeder, wiring) or excessive encoder play
35
Release overpulse timeout (3.5 sec)
36
Release in wrong position; likely causes:
- the rapier/reed shaft sensor for the position where re-synchronising has failed is
either faulty or not adjusted properly; carry out the Sensor Check (see parag. A.5);
- auxiliary encoder faulty or not adjusted properly.
37
Release has failed after 5 attempts
38
Sensor fronts search has failed: more than 30° covered
39
Sensors fronts search has failed: timeout (15 sec)
40
Sensor fronts not found
