13350
Dobby shaft 330° sensor faulty
13351
Shed open/closed sensor faulty (sensor on dobby shaft with flag at 270°)
13352
Internal error 01
13353
Motor temperature too high. Likely causes:
- motor cooling ducts obstructed
- cooling fan faulty or blocked
- electromechanical brake faulty (remains blocked)
- drive faulty
- electrical or mechanical problems with motor
- mechanical or lubrication problems with loom
Try turning the loom manually, with and without the brake engaged, to test for the
presence of mechanical obstructions, excessive friction, etc.
13354
Too little or no brake current: check cabling and board BCS
13355
Brake current too high: check cabling and board BCS
13356
Too little or no coupling current check cabling and board BCS
13357
Coupling current too high: check cabling and board BCS
13358
Enabling circuit short-circuited on loom start-up. The enabling circuit is closed
when you press a loom movement button (slow motion, continuous running, pick-
finding).
This alarm occurs if you press a movement button immediately after switching the
loom on, before it reaches standby. If this alarm is generated without any buttons
having been used, it means that the enabling circuit is faulty.
13359
No auxiliary encoder degrees (rapier/reed shaft)
13360
Reverse movement in prohibited zone
13361
Problems with Hi Drive motor resolver or connections
13362
Auxiliary encoder zero inconst. with angle: likely causes:
- problems with the auxiliary encoder zero signal connections, picking up
interference as a result
- auxiliary encoder faulty
- zero acquisition boards faulty (HDI, BCS)
13363
Likely problems with the oil pump. This alarm occurs when the oil pressure drops
too low immediately after switching the loom on; likely causes:
- oil pump turns in wrong direction (exchange the two loom power supply phases)
- oil pump mechanically blocked
- oil pump motor faulty
- minimum pressure switch faulty
The oil pump motor switches on automatically a few seconds after switching the
loom on (contactor K30 must close; check also that magnetothermal QF30 is
closed). Check that the oil pump turns properly when K30 is closed.
13364
Overpulse sent to electromechanical brake coil too long. This might be due to a
fault in board BCS, to the connections between this and the brake coil or to a fault
in the brake coil itself.
13365
Overpulse sent to coupling coil too long.
13366
Communication problems with Hi Drive device (can-bus)
