Chance A2 with Ø 32/ 54 mm tubes
Intake & exhaust fume tube installation.
- Trace on the wall the curve and tube setting.
- Fasten the template at hole B with an insert Ø 8 mm.
- Lean the stirrup on the template, position them at
hole C and fasten.
- Execute 2 holes Ø 8 mm in correspondence to the
buttonhole, proceed on the stirrup and finish the
fastening with the insert.
If you find difficult to mark the hard covering for
the adepter connection hole, you need to perfo-
rate the two holes with the bit Ø 6 mm to this use the
template. For normal plaster is enough to get throu-
gh the fastening holes with the bit of Ø 3 mm.
Group adapter connection tube
The group adapter preparation is effected by two
kinds of tubes 0 32/54mm.
-- With Ø 32 mm tubes
- Assemblage the group adapter connection curves,
and fastens in position with the furnished screws.
Knowing the single terminal tubes directions.
- Remove the line graph D insert the assembled
group and fasten on the template with the furnished
screws.
- Complete the installation with the tubes, cut the
tubes at measure (5) adapting at the actual increa-
sed wall space of 25 mm,eliminating the excess wall,
making that the tube will be at thread with the termi-
nal hole (4).
-- With Ø 54 mm tubes
- Assemble the die-cast angle curves (6 - only for 0
54mm tubes), on the adapter connection then fasten
in position with the furnished screws.
- Rotate the curves (6) to the point that you can close
the flange (1) with the screws (2). Assemble the tem-
plate to the wall, and the assemble group.
- Complete the installation with the tubes, cut the
tubes at measure (5) adapting to the actual increa-
sed wall space of 25mm, eliminating the part in
excess, making that the tube will be at thread with
the terminal hole (4).
Ascertain that the adapter tubes connection is cor-
rectly inserted. To fasten the tubes assemblage, use
silicone grease and verify that the O ring don
ʼ t come
out from its seating.
