is an extremely versatile call processing and management tool. Each

unit can
be programmed to perform a broad range of activities.
SBX
2
program configurations are
composed of commands, nodes, messages, and music that are executed when a call is
received.
You can develop and build your own program configurations from either the
application (recommended, and most intuitive method) or from the Front Panel of the
SBX
2
(only recommended for very simple configurations).
The remainder of this guide provides a brief overview of each of these components, and how
they fit together. You can learn how to apply and integrate these concepts into an
SBX
2
program
configuration in any of the Application Guides on the CD supplied with your
SBX
