Inputs:
Note:
After the inputs have been wired or the system has been installed, the
lock I/O function must be activated at the control unit!
Settings -> Lock -> Lock I/O -> Yes
(see TwinLock 7220 manual)
With the PC-Software TwinComm the functionality of the inputs could be
reprogrammed, that means the behavior at „contact open“ and „contact
closed“ .
Release contact/lock 1:
When the release contact is closed, the according lock of the TwinLock system is
also closed. During an unlocking or locking process the display of the control unit will
show the error message “No Release”. The lock can not be unlocked or locked.
Contact open:
Lock released
(terminals 3 and 4)
Contact closed:
Lock blocked (unlocking/locking blocked)
(terminals 3 and 4)
Bolt system contact/lock 1:
When the bolt system contact is closed, the according lock of the TwinLock system is
also closed, i.e. it will not be possible to lock the lock. During a locking process the
display of the control unit will show the error message “! Bolt system !”, The lock can
not be locked.
Contact open:
Lock released
(terminals 1 and 2)
Contact closed:
Lock blocked (locking blocked)

Release contact/lock 2:
When the release contact is closed, the according lock of the TwinLock system is
also closed. During an unlocking or locking process the display of the control unit will
show the error message “No Release”. The lock can not be unlocked or locked.
Contact open:
Lock released
(terminals 7 and 8)
Contact closed:
Lock blocked (unlocking/locking blocked)
