Pulse
Displays your pulse rate
in beats per minute when
you hold the sensors
on both sides of the
handlebar simultaneously
If your computer does not display all
segments of the display properly, remove
the batteries and wait 15 seconds before
reinserting.
If the segments of the display become
weak, or if your computer does not turn
on when you start using the crosstrainer,
replace the batteries.
Measuring recovery pulse rate
When you have fi nished exercising, and the
computer is displaying your pulse, you can
measure your recovery pulse.
Press the Recovery button and sit still on
the crosstrainer while holding the pulse
sensors on the stationary handlebar with
both hands.
The computer counts down for 60 seconds
while it measures how much your pulse falls
in this time.
Once the measurement is complete, the
computer displays your measured form
from F1 to F6, where F1 is the best.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wipe the crosstrainer down regularly with a
well-wrung cloth.
Check the condition of the crosstrainer
regularly and tighten any bolts, screws and
nuts as necessary.
Remove the batteries if the crosstrainer
is not going to be used for a prolonged
period.
