Custom training session (G1)
Select the G1 function using the Mode/
Enter/Up/Down button.
Set the training parameters (training time,
distance, calorie consumption or maximum
pulse) by turning the button clockwise
or anticlockwise. Confi rm by pressing the
button.
Start exercising. When one of the
parameters is reached (for example, the
training time is over), the computer beeps.
Note! If you set a maximum pulse and your
pulse exceeds this value, the computer
beeps.
Racing against the computer (G2-G4)
Select the G2, G3 or G4 function using the
Mode/Enter/Up/Down button.
The training time is automatically set to
20 minutes and you must race against the
computer. The race progress is shown with
the cyclist icons on the display.
If you have kept up with the computer for
at least 60% of the time, once the time is
up, you win and “U-Win” is shown on the
display. If not, the computer wins and “P-
Win” is shown on the display.
