Screw the left crossbar (8L) to the left pedal
arm (20) using a bolt (26), a spring washer
(25), a D-washer (24) and a wave washer
(21). Only tighten the bolt manually.
Screw the left pivoting arm (7L) and the left
crossbar (8L) together using a bolt (37), a
washer (38), a washer (30) and a nylon nut
(31).
Now tighten the bolts (26) and nut (31).
Screw the right pivoting arm (7R) to the axle
(56) using a bolt (26), a spring washer (25), a
D-washer (24) and a wave washer (21). Only
tighten the bolt manually. Screw the right crossbar (8R) to the right
pedal arm (20) using a bolt (26), a spring
washer (25), a D-washer (24) and a wave
washer (21). Only tighten the bolt manually.
Screw the right pivoting arm (7R) and the
right crossbar (8R) together using a bolt
(37), a washer (38), a washer (30) and a
nylon nut (31).
Now tighten the bolts (26) and nut (31).
Screw the left and right footplate (34L, 34R)
securely to the left and right crossbar (8L,
8R) using bolts (33), washers (12) and nylon
nuts (13).
