Solution

There are water drops on the
outside of the toilet bowl or
water shutoff valve.

Humidity inside the bathroom is high
and condensation forms.

Wipe away any condensation that may
appear. Make sure that the bathroom
is adequately ventilated.

A gurgling sound is emitted
from the toilet bowl area
when:

The power cord is inserted in the

outlet

  The power is turned on

The front or rear washing stops

This is not a problem.
The gurgling sound is generated by
the motor during normal usage of the
toilet. As long as the water pressure
and/or nozzle position can be adjusted
correctly, there will not be a problem.

The Plasmacluster indicator
is flashing.

The plasmacluster function is faulty.

Disconnect the power cord and
contact your dealer for service.

Restoring the default settings

Press the NOZZLE POSITION
FRONT and DRY buttons
simultaneously for 2 seconds.
