REMEDIES
01
SAFETY THERMOSTAT
Safety thermostat intervention
(10)
Press the release button on the panel and/or check if the thermostat and its connec-
tions are not disconnected. Make sure the INTC switches are closed (position 1)
04
BLOCK
No gas or burner ignition failure
Check gas supply or correct operation of the detection/ignition electrode
(4)
.
05
NO FLAME DURING
OPERATION.
Check detection electrode
06
HIGH TEMPERATURE
Boiler temperature too high
Check pump operation and, if necessary, clean the heat exchanger
(24)
10
INTERNAL FAULT
11
Flame detection before ignition (parasite
flame)
12
CENTRAL HEATING SENSOR (11)
Central heating sensor fault
Check efficiency of the sensor (see Res/Temp table) (Par. 4) or its connections.
14
RETURN PROBE (if applicable)
Auxiliary
(SRR)
sensor interrupted
Check the wiring; if necessary, replace the auxiliary sensor
(22)
15
INSUFFICIENT WATER CIRCULATION
Insufficient primary circuit water circulation
(∆t > 40° C)
Check pump operation and its speed - remove any obstructions in the central
heating system
16
HEAT EXCHANGER FREEZING ( 24 )
Heat exchanger freezing detection. If the cen-
tral heating sensor detects temperature below
2° C, burner ignition is prevented until the
sensor detects temperature above 5°C.
Disconnect electric power supply, close the gas cock, and carefully defrost the
heat exchanger.
22
NO IGNITION AIR
Stop
Check that the fan has minimum head of 60 Pa.
23
CLOGGED AIR FLOW
Min pressure switch blocked (closed)
24
SPEED OUT OF CONTROL
Fan speed alteration; the speed is not reached. Check operation of the fan
(18)
and the connections
It is possible to reset the boiler by pressing “A” from HSCP or RESET
from BCM.
