Remove the pump and replace the joint.
•
Remove the pump cover and loosen the 3 screws which
fix the gears with a 8-mm hexagonal spanner. Start the
motor and simultaneoulsy tighten the three screws. If the
pump is still blocked is necessary replace it.
•
Check that the power supply corresponds with that speci-
fied on the nameplate.
•
Tighten the 4 cover screws with a 4 mm hexagonal span-
ner.
•
Replace the suction pipe.
•
Add fuel to the tank.
Unstable
vacuum
•
Air infiltration in suction pipe.
•
There is not enough fuel in the
tank.
•
Motor-pump coupling not correct.
•
Partial block of filters or suction
pipe.
•
Check that all connections are air-proof.
•
Add fuel to the tank.
•
Remove the pump, check if the joint is damaged. If ne-
cessary replace it.
•
Check the cartridge filter inside the pump by loosen the
screw with 4 mm hexagonal spanner, also check other fil-
ter inside the suction pipe.
Noisiness
•
Excessive vacuum.
•
Air infiltration in suction pipe.
•
Motor-pump coupling not correct.
•
Check that the pump sucks fuel.
•
Check that all connections are air-proof.
•
Remove the pump, check if the joint is damaged. If neces-
sary replace it.
