REMOVING THE FUEL PUMP, CHECK / REPLACE PLASTIC DRIVE
The fuel pump is connected with the burner motor by a plastic drive. When we have some problems con-
nected to the plastic drive, remove the fuel pump from the burner motor and check and/or replace it.
Following you found the operations to do to remove the fuel pump and check that the plastic drive is
undamaged or otherwise replace it.

shows how the fuel pump is connected with the burner motor inside a high pressure washer,
assembled with the heater.
2. Unscrew with an open-end wrench and remove ,the inlet fuel pipe from the fuel pump side (
fig. 2
).
3. Unscrew with an allen key (
fig. 3
) the three screws that join the fuel pump to the burner motor.
4. Remove the fuel pump (
fig. 4
), check the plastic drive (

) and, if is necessary, replace it.
