Stored messages / File Manager & Ink Cost Calculator:
This menu shows the messages stored in system or external memory and allows manipulation
of the messages: print, copy, move, rename, edit, delete or calculate ink usage and cost.
This menu area shows the different
messages stored in the selected
memory. (USB or internal)
Preview of the selected message.
Selection of the memory location;
internal memory or a USB Device.
Tools to manipulate the message
preview:
zoom in or out, view in
real size, fit to screen and centre the
preview of the message. Note: none
of these changes affect the actual
printed message.
Tools to manipulate the message
itself:
edit the message, select the
message to print, copy, rename or
delete the message. Each operation
is explained in the next section.
Ink cost calculator:
tool for
calculating ink consumption and
cost.
