How to import a Font
The printer comes with many Font types. It is possible to load more fonts in case a new font is
required.
The supported
Font type format is “ttf”.
To load a new font, please follow these steps:
1.
Insert a USB drive in the source
computer and create a root folder named “fonts”.
[USB ROOT]: \fonts
2.
Copy all the desired Font files (ttf)
in this “fonts” folder
.
3.
Insert the USB device in the TIJ printer USB-A connector.
4.
After a few seconds, the HMI will ask for confirmation to import the fonts into the
printer:
All the fonts in the USB “fonts” folder will be imported
5.
After importing the fonts, the printer must be reset. Switch the printer off and on.
6.
Now, the new fonts are available to be selected in the message editor:

:

The printer manufacturer is not responsible for the use of non-standard fonts.

Only imported fonts by the user can be deleted.

Only the admin user may remove a font.
