to the RJ45 Ethernet connector on the back of the
entry station

9-PIN Expansion Power Connection

Connect the
white
(positive) wire from the PoE splitter to the
red
(12V DC) wire of the expansion cable.

Connect the
black
(negative) wire from the PoE splitter to the
black
(0V GND) wire of the expansion cable.
⦁
Connect the expansion cable to the 9-Pin expansion connector on the back of the
entry station
.
Output Connection
The entry station has one onboard programmable open collector output suitable for digital relay control. It should
be connected as indicated in the diagram below:
