How do avoid a browser access error that causes a blank page
to be displayed when using Internet Explorer.
Disable the IE cache using the following procedure:
Step 1:
In the IE browser, select the
“Internet
Options…”
item from the
“Tools”
menu.
Step 2:
Click the
“General”
tab and then click the
“Settings…”
button in the
Temporary Internet files
area of the
Internet Options
dialog box.
