Soft ice cream
comes from only
one side
1. Check whether the carburetor hole is blocked.
2. Check whether there is raw material in the hopper. In case of MIX LOW, replenish the raw material.
3. Make the necessary adjustments so that the hardness of soft freezer is the same on both sides. Even though
the set value is the same, hardness can be different by the raw material. Make the necessary adjustments so
that the hardness of soft ice cream is same on both sides.
4. Check whether the dasher motor is rotating on the side that does not work. If it is not rotating, an error can occur.
Remove the cause(inverter trouble, dasher motor trouble, disconnected wire, PCB trouble, and so forth) before
using the machine.
5.The ejection hole of dash cover may be blocked. Melt and make soft freezer one more time by using
there cycling function.
The overrun is not
good
1. Learn the method for making soft ice cream from the manual before using the machine.
2. Overrun becomes better when the small carburetor hole is used.
3. Overrun may become bad when selling soft ice cream for a long time.
Then block the carburetor hole of the hopper and defrost to check the level of the raw material.
If the raw material is more than 2/3 inside the cylinder, the overrun has become bad.
At that point, drain the raw material so that it is less than half inside the cylinder and remake soft ice cream
to achieve better overrun.
The ejection
amount is not
constant.
1. Is the hardness of the soft ice cream too hard?
If the hardness of the soft freezer is too hard, the deviation of the ejection amount can be bigger.
2. This product controls the ejection amount of Soft ice cream by time.
Therefore, the product is sensitive to the quality of the raw material, the level of raw material in the hopper,
ice quality after soft freezer making and the change of ice quality in the case of no sales for a long period of time.
A certain level of constant management is possible by referring to this manual.
Soft ice cream
has gone bad.
1. This product must be cleaned daily.
The remaining raw material must be wasted and new raw material must be used to make Soft ice cream.
Pasteurization must be performed daily in case of no cleaning.
The manufacturer is not responsible if this is not observed.
