Sequence of operations to be performed
Results to be obtained
What is to be done is to simulate a fault (not an alarm) related to phase
currents and to check that if the current or control order on the EL1 input is
still present after the fault, there is a trip loop fault problem.
Check of trip loop supervision unit
Put into service the supervision unit, and route it to a chosen unit.
Put into service a unit affected by a current fault, and route it to a chosen
unit.
Note value
tSup>
Connect the current generator according to the desired connection.
Inject a current to cause the fault :
If the current is not cut off after the fault, or if the EL1 input is still active
after the fault, the supervision unit operates after programmed time
tSup>
.
If the current is cut off immediately after the fault, or if the EL1 input is
deactivated immediately after the fault, the supervision unit does not
operate.
Note : A choice must be made between the detection by the current Ipos or
by EL1.

At the end of time-delay tSup> :
the selected relay must be energised,
the Alarm indicator LED must illuminate,
the alarm message must be displayed.
The supervision unit is inactive.
