mode. The default setting is
Disabled
.
Soft-Off by PWR-BTTN

The Instant-Off mode allows powering off immediately upon pressing
the power button. In the
Delay 4 Sec
mode, the system powers off when
the power button is pressed for more than four seconds or places the
system in a very low-power-usage state, with only enough circuitry

Instant-Off
.

PM Events
The VGA, LPT & COM, HDD & FDD, DMA /master, PWR-On by
Modem/LAN, RTC Alarm Resume and Primary INTR section are I/O
events which can prevent the system from entering a power saving mode
or can awaken the system from such a mode. When an I/O device wants
to gain the attention of the operating system, it signals this by causing an
IRQ to occur. When the operating system is ready to respond to the
request, it interrupts itself and performs the service. The default value is
Off
. When set On, activity will neither prevent the system from going into
a power management mode nor awaken it. The IRQ section sets the
wake-up call of the system. If activity is detected from any enabled IRQ
channels in the left-hand group, the system wakes up from suspended
mode.
